when ordering - first:
email us or call us ..... we will respond by email and usually a telephone call to discuss your requirements and advise you of the best options.

then:
on receipt of your image/s, we'll contact you by email to confirm price and details of work. On your acceptance for us to proceed and clearance of your payment, we'll commence the work and post it a few days later.

finally:
there are two ways to pay for our services .... see below.

By using Paypal, a secure method of payment over the world wide web. All card transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers. Your invoice will be sent by email whereupon you should respond through Paypal with payment.

Alternatively we accept cheques as advance payment. Please make your cheque payable to stillhere. Write your email address and "advance payment" on the back of the cheque.
